SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship exclusively with FedEx and offer Expedited and Flat Rate options (only to certain areas of the country). Shipping rates are determined by FedEx, based both on the total weight of the order and the distance the shipment will travel. Detailed address information including a phone number is required. Please add apt number or unit number, company name, department, suite or floor where applicable. We are not responsible for errors in address information provided by the customer.
If you are placing your order after 3:00pm EST, your order will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders are not shipped Saturdays or Sundays to ensure minimal time in transit. Shipments are not picked up or delivered during national holidays when FedEx is closed. You will receive email confirmation when your order is shipped.
We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for delivery delays experienced by FedEx due to weather or mechanical error and are, therefore, unable to offer refunds for those reasons.
