SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship exclusively with UPS and offer Next Day and Ground options (only to certain areas of the country). Shipping rates are determined by UPS, based both on the total weight of the order and the distance the shipment will travel. Detailed address information including a phone number is required. Please add apt number or unit number, company name, department, suite or floor where applicable. We are not responsible for errors in address information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for damages caused by UPS. To receive a refund due to shipping damages, please provide a picture of the damage. We are not responsible for shipping errors on the part of UPS.
There is typically 1 business day of handling time prior to orders shipping. Orders are not shipped Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays to ensure minimal time in transit. Shipments are not picked up or delivered during national holidays when UPS is closed. You will receive email confirmation when your order is shipped. Please note, during peak and holiday seasons, order processing may take additional days.
We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We are not responsible for delivery delays experienced by UPS due to weather or mechanical error and are, therefore, unable to offer refunds for those reasons.

Due to the unique and perishable nature of our products, orders being shipped to warm climates above 72 degrees must be shipped Next Day with ice. Please select Next Day for warm destinations. Teuscher is not responsible for melting.
At Teuscher Chocolate, your complete satisfaction is our priority. If an item purchased does not meet your expectations and does not fall under any aforementioned possible errors, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order for assistance.
We are not responsible for any orders returned due to a refusal of delivery or invalid/incorrect address.
